Research On Mobile E-commerce Consumer Trust Influence Factors And Measurement

The low level automation of process quality control and data analysis, not real time online monitoring in many manufacturing enterprises of our country is studied in this paper.The motor voltage withstand test in South China Motor Factory is regarded as the research project based on and supported by advanced automatic detection technology and computer technology. Then, the quality control system of motor voltage withstand test is designed and developed.This design and development are done for the pressure test procedures from both hardware and software aspects in this paper. From the hardware aspects, withstand test equipment,motor tray and right-angle clamps is designed. From the software aspects, the software which includes Theory of statistical process, P control chart and related sentenced to different criteria is written by VB. In this system, those functions such as automatic acquisition of quality control system, online detection and monitoring, and immediate alarm once the abnormal things happen and so on are realized.In order to verify the reliability of detection, Minitab software and the actual data are applied to analyze the measurement system which consists of testing facilities and detecting system. Besides, the measurement system is analyzed in the stability, bias, linearity, repeatability and reproducibility for the purpose that the system meets the needs. The result showed that the designed detecting facilities and detecting system have good stability and accuracy.
