The Quality Control Analysis Of Flue Gas Desulphurization Project In A Power Plant

The quality control of project management is a complicated and system engineering which involves design,procurement,construction and installment,with a lot of variable factors and risks.For project of flue gas desulphurization,as a newly formed industry, project management and quality control need to be improved.By analyzing the development of FGD project in macroscopic environment,the paper stresses the necessity of quality control of FGD project management.The basic concepts of quality,engineering quality and quality management and the structure of management system are theoretically analyzed in detail.The systematic process of quality control and the key points of quality control are investigated in detail.On the basis of this,a suitable form of quality control system in project management is proposed.Finally,the practical development and application of quality control system for FGD project management in liaocheng power plant is given combining project management with total quality management.
