Application And Research On The Project Schedule Management Of Transmission Line

Project schedule control has been a key issue in project management. It is crucial to the success of a project and the timely significance. Schedule control theory forms a very important part in schedule control, and study on schedule control theory provides theoretical reference for enterprises in controlling project schedule effectively, and project cost and quality control are realized through project schedule control. In project management practice, schedule control theory has been widely applied and has played an important role.Being as the national fundamental industry and the important field in social and economic effect, power grid has great influence to the regional economic development and social stability. The schedule control of power transmission project follows the general principal of project schedule management. Therefore, effective control in power transmission and power transformation project construction schedule has more significance.With study on project schedule control theory, this paper made introduction to schedule control theory, its application method and function in project management. The existing major problems in current electric power transmission and transformation construction schedule management and its solutions are stated in the paper. In case study of FengZhen distric electric power transmission renovation project, with application of modern project management, such as Work Breakdown Structure, Precedence Diagramming Method, the project control software P3, etc., the project schedule is optimized, to make WBS to project task as detail as possible, and to calculation and analysis the schedule using P3 software to optimize with PDM method. The key points were brought forward, and to optimize project schedule by adapting pressing method and work relation adjusting method. Summary information of the project schedule, and to make comparison with the planned schedule, and to take reaction to correct timely. The specific solution and suggestion to the problems occurred in project schedule control is put forward, the planned schedule target was successfully realized.As the successful completion of Fengzhen district electric power transmission renovation project, both economic and social efficiency has been achieved. Through schedule control, the shutdown time of system was shortened and power loss saved. The project was successfully accomplished in good quality, and it was fully acknowledged by the upper level companies and local government. It is of reference use to other electric power transmission projects schedule control.
