The Schedule Management Of 220kV JH Electric Transmission Line Engineering

Electric transmission line,as an important part in the power grid,which is composed of iron towers,wires,insulators,armour clamps,Foundation,ground protections,and hold the wires in the air.S company,as a state-owned enterprise in Guangdong province,which mainly build electric transmission line and transformer substation.220 kV JH electric transmission line and transformer substation project is a major project of Zhuhai electric power supply bureau,including a transformer substation,several 110 kV transmission lines and a 220 kV transmission line.S company took charge of the 220 kV transmission line.The plans of projects are usually affected by kind of uncertainties.In reality,managers in the projects usually estimate the construction schedule by experience,which is subjective,not accuracy enough and lack of scientific evidence.In this thesis,I will collect the construction record of the projects in recent years,and analyze all the datas,to obtain the correlation between the factors and rate of progress and embody them with computational formulas.In order to make it apply to the schedule management of 220 kV JH electric transmission line engineering.We can work out the time of every part of the construction with formulas,then schedule the project and optimize it finally.
