With the expeditious development of economy and improve in standard ofliving about people in the recent 20 years, our country is coming into easy social.Meanwhile, condition of housing is improving. As a result of lack of earth andincrease of people in the city, tall building is fleet develop. It has importantsignification to investigate and analysis the tall building design. Tall building hasdifferent characteristic because of different climate and geologic condition in ourcountry. In this thesis, design method of tall housing concrete shearing wall inchillinessandhighintensityareainNeimengguisinvestigated.Firstly, development of tall building in our country is introduced, especially, thecharacteristic of tall building in chilliness and high intensity area is analyzed.Concept design of in chilliness and high intensity area is introduced, includingdisposal of collectivity,landscape orientation,portrait about building. Meanwhile,the design of earthquake area is analyzed. Lastly, tall housing concrete shearing wallin Neimenggu Huhhot is analyzed. Because of complexity of building, the aim ofanalyze is improve of recognize about tall building and discuss the method of tallbuilding.Based on the results of the analysis, some conclusions can be drawn asfollows:(1)concrete shearing wall adapt to the tall building, by analysis developmentof tall building in our country, especially, in chilliness and high intensityarea.(2)concept design is very importance by analysis, also, concept design ofearthquake area is needed.(3)it is imperative to judge rationality of structure whichhas complicated exterior. Member which exceed restrict of carrying capacity shouldbe proper managed.(4) especial part of building should be managed in order tocontent with design criterion. (5) optimizes the design is the important content ofstructural design, should pass through designs each stage, finally achieves theoptimizedresult.
