China's high-rise and super high-rise building often feature complex, ultra large, handsome novelty, many of the buildings exceeded our current technical standards and specifications, must be carried out in-depth theoretical study in order to ensure that these super-tall building safe in active of wind and earthquake. The level of wind and seismic design load is the most important factor to consider in high-rise building design, so lateral force resisting structural system's selection and it's composed is the primary consideration and decision-making focus. As we all known, reinforced concrete high-rise residential buildings, there are several commonly used structural system: frame structure, shear-wall structure, frame-shear wall structure, specially shaped column frame shear-wall structure , short shear-wall structure.Through structural adjustment programs of the overall layout of the control structure, the maximum floor horizontal displacement vertical elements and the layer displacement and the average level of the floor displacement and the displacement of the average story drift ratio of not greater than 1.4, the project was not part of high-rise building project.MIDAS and SATWE both application to analyze the structure ,the two procedures are basically the same characteristics of targets, and full compliance with all regulatory requirements.Elastic time history calculated total shear value at the bottom of the structure is less than the total value calculated by the modal response spectrum method ,but for the one third up part of floors, the totall shear value calculated by elastic time history is greater than the modal response spectrum method, so the totall shear value calculated by modal response spectrum method must be magnified in order to achieve safe and reliable.
