The tall building is complex highrise building, tall building beyond the code limits comparisons of analysis results of different programs have been explained in detail. Those design methods for the seismic fortification of tall buildings beyond the code limits are effective counter-measure to guarantee the quality of the seismic design, to ensure the earthquake safety of tall building structures, and to improve the construction technology of high rise buildings as well. The tall building structure can realize "no damage while mild earthquake, little damage while moderate earthquake, no collapse while severe earthquake". Compared with the reinforced concrete transfer beam, the steel reinforced with the reinforced concrete transfer beam, the steel reinforced concrete transfer beam's section is decreased and the ductility is increased, but it is not economical.
