The paper gave description of control and work of the BLDCM through analysis of the non-sensor BLDC Motor and created the controlling system based on C8051F310.Firstly, critical technologies such as rotor position gaining, start-up strategy, velocity modulating in controlling none-position transducer DC brushless motor have been analyzed, and theories of'Virtual ground'to obtain BEMF zero-crossing in detail. An improved strategy named'three-step startup'is put forward as start-up strategy.According to the requirement of brushless motor governor using in aeromodel, a hardware system is designed after scheme demonstration. And software aiming at the working process of the governor, especially, a'virtual WDT'technology is used to increase security and intelligence of the whole software system. Furthermore, debugging course and methods of the key program modules are also described in paper. Detailed testing and producting information is given at the end.
