Study On The Influence On Energy-saving By The Residential Plan In Chongqing

Since 1949, as China's rapid economic development,the construction of urban residential building has been changing with each passing day. Along with time passing, the residence design, which has the special features of ages in different age, presents national policy and economic condition then. Nowadays, in spite of the increasing population and the lack of the natural resources, the demand to residence quality has not decreased. Instead, in the condition of the shortage of land, there is an urgent requirement to improve the living conditions of life, to improve indoor quality of the physical environment such as sound, light, thermal environment and indoor air quality. The residence design is ever-changing currently. All kinds of building have their own unique nature of the indoor physical property. Therefore, study on physical characteristics of the types of flat surface provides a guide to the existing resident design.This paper summarizes the development of building design from the point of view of history. It researches the impact of national policies and economic conditions to residential construction. It concludes the regulars in the process of residential construction. Farther, it analyzes change characteristics in the aspect of the ratio of window and wall, window and ground. The importance of this paper is that it has analyzed the process of residential construction of Chongqing, measured several typical resident of Chongqing, researched their physical property according to experiment data, and explained why they exist or eliminate.This paper concludes five most common flat surface forms of residential buildings in modern time. By researching standard models of five surface forms and exploring the characters in functions, land saving, energy saving, ventilation and lighting, it makes designers have a definite understanding of residential physical property. What's more, this paper measures the ventilation and lighting in different floor and the layout of the room, and then obtains some regulars of ventilation and lighting.The plant design of the residence building is the initial job for residence design. Nowadays, energy saving is being put in force widely, but the actual results are not ideal. It is an effective method to study energy saving in the view of plant design. It not only improves the life quality of residents, but also contributes to the lasting development of economy.
