Research On The Quality Control Method Of Railway Construction Project

To ensure the quality of railway construction project and protect the interests of the public and the country, it is vital to establish an efficient railway construction project quality supervision and management model. In a sense, quality problem is also a problem about which the party, the government and the people are concerned. The consequences that caused by the poor quality of railway projects are often more serious than other products. Therefore, China has proposed a "long-term, quality first" approach in project construction long ago, and the whole society also have great concern in construction project quality. But, for many years, the quality of engineering projects has been the most prominent issue, in order to achieve remarkable results in "poor governance", it is also necessary to have a common understanding of the issues. Because the quality is the soul of construction works and the railway construction has an enormous cost, the quality of the project is not only related to the project's economic, applicability and durability, but also related to the development of the national economy and people's reaction, and other social benefits.On the basis of referring a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this thesis used comparative method to analysis current situation of railway construction project research; built the railway construction project quality control model based on Total Quality Management Theory; discussed the railway construction project quality assurance system. At the same time, it also explored and analyzed the common failings of on the railway construction project quality and given a more reasonable solution. This thesis also has done the relevant discussion about measures to guarantee the quality and maintenance programs.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1) On the basis of referring a large number of domestic and foreign literatures. This thesis used comparative method to analysis current situation of railwayconstruction project research.(2) Built the railway construction project quality control model based on Total Quality Management Theory. The quality control model included four sections of total quality management, namely, planning, implementation, inspection and processing. Four is a constant cycle which standardizes the achievements and solves the variety of quality problems during the construction process(3)Combined with Capacity Expansion Project of Guangtong-Kunming section in Chengdu railway line, we analyzed and researched roadbed projects, bridges and the lower part of the basis of structural engineering, continuous beam, the concrete measures and methods to ensure the quality of tunnel project separately at the organizational and technical aspect.(4) Explored and analyzed the common fallings of quality on the roadbed projects, bridge and tunnel projects, and given the rationalization and operational solutions.(5) Analyzed and to explored the measures to guarantee the railway construction quality and the maintenance programs.Quality is the life of an enterprise and the fundament of enterprise development. It's necessary for every business manager to learn how to improve construction quality control level. There are still some follow-up studies should be researched in the future , including, the factors that can affect the quality of construction, and how to analyze the effect that setting-out work can take in ensuring and improving the construction quality.
