Quality Management Research Of Wan Yu Railway Engineering Project

Quality is the soul of a project, the quality management of railway project is the core issue of railway construction, the level of railway quality has a huge impact on life and property security, national economic development and social stability. Most of our railway which has many bridges, tunnels decide that railway construction projects is a difficult construction, many factors affecting the quality and high technical standard topics.It also determines the railway project quality management that is a systematic and complex process. Therefore, to project quality management, total quality management theory as a guide, with practical experience in railway construction, we explore a path of the railway project quality management which is a line with China’s national conditions.Firstly, this paper defines the railway project quality management concepts and features, then introduces railway projects quality management related theories which the theory of zero-defect quality and total quality management. On this basis, this paper introduces China’s railway construction project quality management content and quality objectives as well as the whole process of quality management. Secondly, Wan Yu railway projects for the study, from Wan Yu railway project overview to start, based on total quality management perspectives, we investigate China’s railway project quality and safety and quality assurance content. From the three aspects of the quality and safety assurance system, quality and safety management system and the quality and safety of emergency response systems analyze and discusse Wan-Yu Railway quality and safety assurance measures; then, from the quality assurance system, quality management systems, quality assurance measures and other aspects we analyze Wan-Yu Railway’s whole process of quality assurance measures; finally, from, we elaborate the quality assurance measures of winter and rainy seasons special conditions.By Wan Yu railway project quality management in-depth analysis, we found that the quality management of China’s railway construction still exists four issues that compressed schedule, which field workers operate improper, inspection and mismanagement of raw materials and which supervision did not play its due role. Finally combining our practical experience and previous studies, this paper gives the corresponding solutions.To provide ideas and learn for construction the railway project of the quality management system is the most important purpose of this study, construction of scientific and rational railway project quality management system can promote the healthy development of China’s railway and security operations, thus promotes the great "China Dream" an early date.
