The Research Of Analysis And Application Of Chinese Elements On Cars Design

With the high-speed development of economy and the increasing in consumption, sedan became more and more popular in China. The country is becoming rich and powerful and the national culture is reviving, which makes people identify Chinese culture more than before. The demand for products with Chinese culture characteristics became stronger, including the car. To research the design method of car with"Chinese element"has become a worthy subject. This research wants to make a Preliminary Discussion about new design method based on the perspective of industrial design and combines with current design theory.The Purpose of this study is to research the application and analysis method of Chinese element in car design. Firstly, the connotation of Chinese element was studied and summed up; the Chinese traditional design thought was anatomized and the interpretation of Chinese elements was explained. An exploratory of China elements was made by summarizing the materialize format of China element. Then, the application innovation was attempted to make based on studying TRIZ theory and Axiomatic design theory. On analysis of China element in car design, the TRIZ general analysis process and the analysis method based on the TRIZ conflict study for China element was proposed.This dissertation prepossessed a method with axiomatic design theory for the application of Chinese element in car design. A preliminary analysis and application model with integrating the element analysis method that based on TRIZ theory and the element application method that used axiomatic design theory was made.Finally, the model was applied to car design and verified through the practical cases.
