As the era of urbanization in Chongqing has come, open-up facility becomes a trend with the During this period, open-up facility construction available now can not meet the demand of"opening up". Clear awareness of city relations and citizens'needs are inadequate.This paper proposes developing strategy and mode of open-up facility in Chongqing urban areas directed at the problems discussed above.The first part proposes theoretical framework and gives a brief description of research status quo. The first chapter defines concepts related to the research and states concept of open-up facility in Chongqing urban and living areas as well as those discussed in this paper. With references to research outcome both in and abroad, research method, research contents and framework system. The second chapter detailedly states the developing progress of related theory and public facility. With the combination of large amount of research outcome, the third part concludes the factors developing progress of Chongqing open-up facility and makes analysis of factors that contribute to the development of Chongqing open-up facility as well as the status quo.The second part, including the fourth and the fifth chapter, is the main body.On the basis of putting forward goal orientation of Chongqing open-up facility, the fourth chapter proposes the difficult points in the process of constructions and related developing strategy which includes such aspects as city integration, spacious organization, public involvement, cultural renaissance and constructing policies and so on. The fifth chapter puts the emphasis on how to comply to the programming mode after the conclusion made by the fourth chapter, which is the"multi-level mode planning as a whole."The third part proves the theory. The sixth chapter extracts several typical living districts in Chongqing open-up facility as examples to prove the feasibility of points of view in this paper and applicability of the method system. In the final part, conclusion of all points of views in this paper is drawn.
