The Conservation Policy Implement Status Quo Of National Historic City In Hubei Province

The whole national historic cities, including those of Hubei province, are in the time with both threatens and opportunities. The conservational status of historic cities should be described as both under construction and destroy. With the accelerating urban development, on one hand, cultural heritage, historic environment and urban character are broken in some extent. On the other hand, economic growth and social cultural development still facilitate urban construction transferring from pour physical environment to urban cultural environment. Citizens and governments pay more attention on the conservation of cultural heritage and historic environment.Base on the existing conservational condition of historic cities, this paper uses entire methodology to deal with conservational problems of historic cities. After the whole Hubei province-wide investigation of all historic cities, we conclude results and give the conservation of national historic city in Hubei province systemic suggestions.This article contains four main contents. First of all, it described the history of every city, analyzed its natural, cultural characters and concluded conservational goal of historic cities. Secondly, it analyzed status quo of conservation including historic cultural heritages, historic districts, historic urban whole physical environment and historic cultural significance, and pointed out the main existing problems. At last, author gave the advices about how to improve historic conservation, respectively from historic conservational planning compile, historic conservational management, conservational statute, conservational financial policy and whole conservational minds.
