The Research On Guiding Facilities Design For Urban Househood

Take the interactive relation of user, facilities and environment as an entry point to observe the current design situation of community guiding facilities. By investigation we find that the current design ignores to pay close attention to the interactive relation during the three. So now the guiding is a passive one which can not be able to deliver information effectively. It is necessary to bring a new concept—the active guiding. According to this concept, guiding facilities will fit user's behavior patterns well so as to further enhance quality of user's life.This study attempts to put use's behavior under the environment into guiding facilities design, through the Suzhou area of 18 field investigations, observing and analyzing the characteristics of space community, district alone the activities of facilities and guiding elements then analyze the guiding facilities characteristics. Research on guiding facilities design focus on the existing classification of facilities, to pay more attention to the user's behavior. There is some Specific research process: the first step, finding the interactive factors of guiding facilities, after screening, from a number of factors, choose something valuable; second step, for different interactive factors, select a suitable space and observe the placement samples , Through observation, finding and analyzing the behavior of these phenomena so as to observe the results of quantitative analysis, the third step, by the perspective of the user's needs to observe the results and obtain some to guide the next guiding facilities design of the relevant recommendations.Select the dimension adaptability of guiding facilities and the information content of layout these two specific projects for detailed observation, drawn conclusions: (1) User's view characteristics and some observation behavior effect facilities'dimension. Guiding facilities are within the high degree which should be in user's natural ken, important information should be put comfortably in the view of ken (2) Information on layout of the set is based on the amount of information the visual awareness.
