With the rapid development of economy in our country,industrial boiler, as one of the power sources, appears to be more and more important. However,due to various reasons, the average thermal efficiency and operating efficiency of industrial boiler have larger difference. It made fuel consumption increase greatly. It not only consumed energy source but also caused contamination. In the recent years, some new techniques have appeared in order to improve the operating thermal efficiency of industrial boiler. Through the application of these new techniques, operating thermal efficiency of boiler is improved greatly on its original basis.This thesis analyzes the problems of HG-130/3.82-Y1 oil-fired and gas-fired boiler in Daqing Refining and Chemical Company, and then tests the thermal efficiency of the boiler, finds out the factors that effect thermal efficiency. This thesis proposes the transformation programme of the burner, processes, sootblowers and fuzzy control system, and analyzes the energy-saving effect after the transformation. The result showing:under the load of 68.2t/h and 89t/h, boiler thermal efficiency after transformation has increased 2.03% and 2.00% respectively. This thesis finds out the factors that effect thermal efficiency, proposes specific transformation scheme, analyzes energy-saving effects and provides theoretical basis and examples.
