Research Of Boiler Thermal Efficiency's Calculating Model And Development Of Software

In the operating condition of power station, how to satisfy boiler's examination acceptance tests, daily operation condition and the demand for real time situation at the same time is urgent to resolve. In order to adjusting operation in time, running personnels should find out boiler efficiency and hot losses at present. This thesis mainly researches various kinds of calculation standards for boiler efficiency prevailing over China and application of nerve network in on-line calculating the ultimate analysis data and the carbon content in fly ash, then it develops the software of calculating boiler efficiency.In this thesis, author firstly analyses and compares some commonly used calculation standards,and points out similarities and differences between them, later on adopts simplified model based on ASME standard as boiler efficiency's on-line calculating model.There still are some difficult problems urgently to be solved in real time calculating of boiler efficiency, especially, such as how to get the carbon content in fly ash by other real time datas of measurements and how to calculate ultimate analysis of coals by their industrial analysis. All these will influence the precision of boiler efficiency's calculation. Therefore, author makes use of artificial nerve to set up the prediction models of the carbon content in fly ash and ultimate analyses of coals in running. The verifying results indicate application effect of the nerve network model of the carbon content in fly ash is good and it could be widely used in power station; while because of few samples, the model of coals' ultimate analysis leads to the fact that the precision is slightly bad, and we should accumulate more samples for training and improve it again .It is one groundwork to design software of calculating boiler efficiency. This software is based on Visual C++ 6.0, and it utilizes developing approaches faced to objects. The application program can switch view in the main views of settling, drawing and result form. It could make users set the conditions of efficiency calculation and watch corresponding report form of the calculation result or curve conveniently. This software has passed the test of on-line simulation, and it could satisfy boiler's examination acceptance test, simplified test and the considering of daily function situation or demands of boler's various fields of controlling in real time well.
