A Research On Land Economy Problem Of The Industrial Architecture Field

In the past twenty years, the industrial constructions in our country have developed rapidly. Various industrial constructions such as industrial zones, industrial parks and hi-tech development zones have been constructed all over the nation from big cities to medium and small towns. However, when great achievements are accomplished in neo-industrial construction, a great deal of resources including land have been blindly exploited and wasted at the same time due to the incomplete land exploit policy, soft planning management, and imperfect industrial construction design. Therefore, we have to adopt a complete packet of measures to economize the land from policy to management and specific design in the face of the present situation where the land resources are in short supply and the reserve of land is not sufficient, so that a ecological, environmental-friendly and sustainable development can be guaranteed in our industrial construction.In the face of the complicated and various industrial construction fields with numerous projects, this thesis researches the problem of land economy from macro to middle and micro level. In the macro level, the industrial land exploit patterns, the land exploit indexes, the industrial displays and lands to tap the potential will be analyzed to research the distribution of industrial land, the control of unprovided land and the management of provided land. In the middle level, land economy strategies will be found from horizontal space and vertical time through the research of two general plans of industrial land exploit: plant-type and garden type. In the micro level, the efficiency and flexibility of industrial construction space use will be explored from two aspects: construction type and construction space. From the research of the above three levels, a conclusion can be drawn that a land economy system which has perfect land exploit policy, reasonable general plan and flexible construction design needs to be built from macro to middle and micro level with the improvement of concept, system and technology. With this system which emphasized land economy throughout, industrial lands can be exploited with high efficiency and the sustainable development of industrial construction will be promoted. After the research on land exploit policies in industrial construction field, the general planning and the construction designs, this thesis discusses how to build a complete land economy system from top to the bottom and from macro to micro level, which contributes to the land economy design in industrial construction field in our country.
