Abstract/Summary:
Based on the present situation of domestic housing and its developing tendency, this thesis makes a deep research on indoor air quality problems.Indoor air quality problems are those problems caused by the long-term effects of many low-concentration pollutants. The research on indoor air quality lasts for many years, but for many reasons the control effect is not very good. On the contrary, because of high-airtightness of the housing and the indoor decoration, etc. indoor air quality becomes gradually serious.Indoor air quality is resulted from pollutants, and this thesis discusses the indoor pollution sources and main pollutants as well as their impacts on resident health comfort, what's more, it also discusses the general causes of building.Although people have realized the severity of indoor pollution, the cognition is still on a low level. This thesis expounds in detail the indoor air quality property, evaluation methods, control standards and control technology, and also points out the main problems existed.The concept of indoor air quality process control put forward in this thesis is an important change in cognition. Indoor air quality problem is involved with many problems related to the processes of building designing, constructing and using, and any problem in each process is likely to result in the deterioration of indoor air quality. Indoor air quality problem can only be dealt with by carrying out process controlling. In addition, prediction technology of indoor air quality is the embodiment of process control concept.With regard to the current research situation of domestic housing and its indoor air quality, this thesis puts forward a good many feasible concrete technical measures for improving indoor air quality.
