Study On Construction Process Control Model Of Housing Project

With the commercialization of the housing, people bring forward higher requirements on the quality of the housing. But the current situation is not so desirable, the complaints of its quality still remains high. For us, the main body of the housing construction, we need to strengthen the supervision during the construction period to ensure its quality.This paper aims at finding a project management model of the housing construction period. This model mainly focuses on the three objectives during the construction, namely, quality, speed, cost control and process control of safe and civilized production. It is with the purpose of abolishing non-standard construction of the working units and illegal deeds done by some supervisors. This paper analyzes the current situation of the monitoring management and the working units who work for the construction of housing, and points out the fact the current situation is far from its goal. Based on this, the paper wants to propose the necessity to do the process control when developing a company. Combined with existing examples, it poses on the explanation of the concept of process control and the managing methods of process control. It emphasizes on analyzing the relationship among the housing owners, supervision and the working units. It also sets an index system for the comprehensive evaluation of the work done by the working units.Finally the paper uses Analytical Hierarchy Procers and the fuzzy comprehensive theory of the fuzzy math to evaluate the index system of the working units during the construction together with exiting engineering illustrations. People can conduct effective supervision and control of the working units during the construction period by utilizing this system.
