The rapid development of urban areas promotes people's continuous pursuit of convenient life, but the contradiction between the two is increasing day by day.The current situation of"internal and external problems"in urban residential indoors has made people pay more attention to indoor air quality in residential buildings.Convenient and effective methods to improve indoor air quality have aroused widespread concern from scholars at home and abroad.A reasonable ventilation mode can guarantee indoor air quality under the premise of satisfying the thermal comfort of indoor personnel. At present, how to effectively ventilate residential buildings has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. There are few studies on indoor environment in temperate areas because of the relatively comfortable climate, but the climatic conditions in Guizhou, which belong to moderate areas, are not good in winter and are affected by the characteristics of climate and landforms. It is divided into three different climate zones:mild, hot in summer and cold in winter, and cold in summer and cold in winter.Winter is a high-risk season that is prone to epidemics and respiratory infectious diseases.Compared with other seasons, the requirements for effective ventilation of civil houses are obviously higher. Therefore, how to provide reasonable and effective ventilation in winter to meet the needs of residents'indoor thermal comfort while ensuring that indoor air quality meets the standard has become a livelihood issue to be solved. This article will work on this issue, taking Guizhou urban area as a research and demonstration area and taking Guizhou typical urban houses as an example to discuss the winter ventilation mode suitable for urban houses in three different climate zones in Guizhou. The main research work done in this article is as follows:?1?A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the current situation of the indoor environment of residential houses in Guizhou, analyze the differences in living habits and subjective perception of the indoor environment of residents in different climate zones in Guizhou, and study the influencing factors that drive residents to open windows in winter. The results of the study show that the thermal performance of the residential housing structure in Guizhou is poor, and the indoor thermal comfort of the residents in winter is poor. They are used to heating for a long time and do not tend to open the windows often. Therefore, residents often feel"sulliness"or indoors. The symptoms of"fatigue"indicate that there is a problem of insufficient fresh air indoors in winter in residential houses in Guizhou. The results of chi-square test and logistic regression analysis show that one of the influencing factors for driving residents to open windows in winter is CO2 concentration, which is positively correlated, that is,The higher the CO2concentration,the greater the probability of residents opening windows.?2?Using the method of on-site investigation and field test, taking the typical city house in Guizhou as an example,to understand the characteristics of residents'window-opening habits, analyze the actual indoor air quality of the house in winter, and study the changes of indoor ventilation times under different ventilation conditions in winter. The research results show that:Guizhou city residents have unreasonable window-opening habits in winter, and most residents have a low frequency of opening windows per day,but the window opening time is relatively long;the long-term monitoring results of residential indoor air quality indicate that they rely on rooms under closed doors and windows in winter The infiltrating wind volume cannot make indoor CO2 concentration reach the standard, and there is PM2.5 pollution outdoors in winter.Although long-term ventilation can effectively dilute CO2,it will cause indoor PM2.5 concentration to increase. The results of using the tracer gas descent method to test the room ventilation times show that under different window opening scales,a short window opening in winter can guarantee the indoor fresh air volume standard for 2 to 10 minutes. However, when the outdoor weather conditions are bad,the window opening will pass the conference Reduce the thermal comfort of indoor personnel.?3?The method of CFD simulation is used to study the winter ventilation mode suitable for urban residences in different climatic regions of Guizhou. The research results show that when the outdoor air quality is excellent, the recommended window opening time for urban residences in mild, hot summer and cold winter areas is 3?6min and5?8min,respectively,and the recommended window size is medium to small; The recommended window opening time is 5?9min,and the recommended window size is medium to large;the low-rise residential buildings with floor heights less than 4?5 floors should increase the window opening time on this basis, and the residential floors with floor heights greater than 4?5 floors are appropriate Reduce the window opening time;when the outdoor PM2.5 reaches light pollution, you can open the window for a short time or reduce the window time appropriately;when the outdoor PM2.5 reaches moderate pollution and above,it is recommended to close the doors and windows or auxiliary air purifier Open windows for a short time for ventilation. The research work done in this paper is a preliminary exploration of the winter ventilation mode of civil houses in urban areas of Guizhou. It has a certain reference role for the discussion of ventilation strategies under different climatic conditions in winter.Winter ventilation research is a long-term and systematic project.More scientific and practical achievements, there is more work to be done.
