Sustainable Research On Chinese Countryside Construction

Although the social modernization is developing fast in China nowadays, three problems of farming, peasents and countrysides are still serious challenges to our country, and the situations are very bad in most areas of villages. Fortunately, in recent years, Chinese government made a lot of policies and measures to help solve these problems. So, the"New village of Social Democracy"construction has been spreading in our country. Ranging from economic development stratagem to village plan, it has made progresses than before. Nevertheless, when we calmly think about Chinese traditional village culture and"eco-village"of overseas, comparing with large-scale new village construction in China now, we will question a lot. The methods used in village planning are affected more or less by the way of city residence zone planning, what's worse, directly using the methods or techniques without changing. So, it is in contradiction with the villages'half natural environment and the special ways of villagers'productions and lives.This article divides into four parts. First, by the way of datas and investigations, analyses the conditions of current Chinese countryside from natural environment, social environment and village residential environment. Scoend tends to inherit and absorb the soul of Chinese traditional eco-village and"eco-village"of overseas, and summarize the experience of new village construction in China. Then, concentrates on researching the sustainable measures in Chinese village planning from village development mode, social environment, natural eco-system, eco-enegy, village residential environment design, eco-house and so on. Finally, combines with the real urban planning project in Shanxi, Beiliangshui to prove the Sustainable Development theory in countryside planning.
