Study On Construction Technology Of Poured-In Place Concrete Box Girders Applied For Xiangbi Flyover In The Leyi Expressway

With the rapid process of national foundation construction, the process of township development and expressways construction have been accelerated too. Lots of flyovers need to built in this course.The poured-in place concrete box girders are very common in the constrction of flyovers.The construction technology and working procedure of flyovers is very complex, and the quality of which has been commended strictly. So, the construction of poured-in place concrete box girders is a key process of flyovers.This thesis bases on the construction organization schemes of poured-in place concrete box girders applied for XiangBi flyover in the LeYi expressway. Then it has taken construction technology as its starting point. And I study the following content:1) I discussed the construction technology of poured-in place concrete box girders in detail. It includes the construction of supporter, reinforcing steel bar, concrete, mould boards and the prestress stretching construction.It solves the key problems in construction. So it has guiding effect to the constrction of poured-in place concrete box girders.2) The quality-ensuring measures and safety-ensuring measures to poured-in place concrete box girders have been studied.Then the safty and qulity problems related in construction have been solved.And it guarantees the project completed successfully.3) Safety checkup to the strength and stiffness of scaffold and formwork in construction have been done and it meets the demand of construction.
