Nowdays China’s construction field in the new century, it has maintained a trend of rapid development, the whole construction industry in China’s national economy and social development pillar effect more and more remarkable. At this stage, however, the quality problems of architectural engineering have been on the prominent position,becoming the difficulties problems of construction on engineering project management.Now because the whole building construction industry requires the completion of the design, construction, supervision and so on several stages, and the problems existing in the each stage has a great influence on the construction of quality problem, at the same time, domestic building quality problem influences the whole society、people’s life and property issues, when building appears quality problem, we firstly need to repairment or reinforcement, therefore, in this paper, several types of structure of the building will be built for the current form different aspects such as the quality problem of the accident analysis and processing for an in-depth study is very necessary.In building quality accidents, quality problem is the wall cracks, therefore,this article mainly say the three types of housing construction including brick masonry structure, reinforced concrete structure, steel structure appear main crack problems of analysis and research, mainly analysis on three types of structure of several types about cracks, the main reason of the cracks, failure pattern, and how to repair, and put forward it need to pay attention to in the process of design and construction of various items, housing construction quality accident analysis and research, what is the nature of the judgment and treatment measures of the premise, its purpose is to prevent the deterioration of quality accident and create a normal exist in engineering construction conditions, eliminate hidden dangers, prevent accidents from happening again, reduce the loss. Quality accident treatment is to eliminate hidden dangers in order to achieve the structure of the safe and reliable quality and normal use of the function and life requirements, and ensure the normal construction.This article selected the actual project of three types including brick masonry structure, reinforced concrete structure, steel structure in really engineering example,separately for each kind of structure types of accidents from construction quality,damage phenomenon to appear the quality problem of the cause of building repairmeasures has carried on the detailed analysis and research, and put forward for the housing construction quality accident analysis and processing of the key issues:timeliness, scientific, security, when the housing construction quality problems, should be aimed at the quality of the corresponding repair measures, so as to ensure the construction safety and normal use, for housing construction engineering accident analysis has certain guiding role.
