Construction Quality Control Technology In The Zhongxian Yangtze River Bridge

The paper relied on the Zhongxian Yangtze River bridge of the HuYu expressway, and according to the construction progress to study the construction quality control technology for the large span pre-stressed concrete cabled-stayed bridge. The Zhongxian Yangtze River bridge engineering has large scale works, and the structures are complex, and the nature condition is badly, and has the difficult construction.For Zhongxian Yangtze River Bridge with the characteristics of "deeply water, high pier, large-span", it proposed a complete quality control system. The system includes the establishing quality ensuring system, situ measurement and test, construction process control and construction monitoring system. First of all, the paper discussed the project's development and quality control of the engineering project at home and abroad, and summed up the quality control of the mission, job content and the quality control of construction methods, through the use of the control system of the construction quality of the results in the Zhongxian Yangtze River Bridge, then evaluated the effects of construction control. The result shows the quality control method is right, reliable and comprehensive according to the Zhongxian Yangtze River bridge's construction character.And it adapts to this type of construction with the characteristics of the bridge-construction quality control requirements, and provides a reference in the similar bridge construction quality control in the future, and has some practical guiding significance.
