| With the fast development of aviation technology, the flight accident probability caused by the flight equipment has decreased to 3 percent now, however, human factor has become the main cause of flight accidents. According to the statistical material of International Air Transport Association (IATA),80 percent of aviation accidents are attributed to human unsafe act. Human Factor is the most serious hazard for aviation safety, and controlling human error is the most effective way to improve aviation safety.Models for research on aviation human factor are analyzed. According to human factor engineering and aviation reality, elements which affect aviation human factors are analyzed in detail, including individual factor, colony factor, rules of the operating objects for design and use, environment factor and management factor. Based on all above research, Element Event Analysis Method(EEAM) is modified and improved and Human Factor Analysis Model of Accident/Incident is built. This model can analyze aviation accident or unsafe incident from four levels which are unsafe acts, preconditions for unsafe acts, basic management and decision-making management. If we see the system holes only from one accident or incident investigation result, it may be by chance. However,if we analyze and study the data from the database which store multiple results analyzed by Human Factor Analysis Model of Accident/Incident,we can know the latent problems which affect system safety objectively. Finally, the frequency of human error is forecasted. From the forecast result,we can verify whether the safety measures are proper or not. |
