As a result of the railroad profession historical reason, the basic unit station section worker quality is generally lower so that they can not adapt themselves to the great-leap-forward development of the railway at present. This situation has become the bottleneck factor of Chinese railway reform day by day. Therefore, raising the railway workers'quality has become the extremely urgent matter in pushing forward railway reform development. On the other hand, trains is the important even only means of enterprise in rising staff quality, therefore discusses the high efficiency, the science training mechanism has its important practical significance.This article takes Shi Jiazhuang railway repair section, Beijing railway department for example, from analyzes this section of workers quality condition, we discover some problems in now workers'education and training work, and have carried out detailed case study in many ways in training, the management of manpower resource and the company's culture. According to Shi Jiazhuang railway repair section reality, we have studied and designed training system which is suitable for those workers. At the same time we also have studied and carried out the training__exam__use__reward combining system, we also perfect the corporate cultural environment. The study conclusion has important guidance significance in raising grass-roots railway workers'quality.
