Study On The Space Reorgnization In Metropolitan Fringe

The thesis is a study on theoretical construction of space reorganization and demonstration of practice,the study object is metropolitan fringe.Highly-speed urbanized metropolitan is the region in which contradictions between urban and rural areas is the most prominent, spatial variation is the most violent.The main city representative of"city"and the fringe representative of"rural"have antagonistic structure in several respects such as conception,planning,system etc.Studying on the region comprehensively and systematically,exploring methods of urban and rural developing coordinatedly, space growthing interactively,is a useful exploration that the metropolitan developed sustainably and resolve the"urban-rural"antagonistic structure. The thesis is divided into two parts:theoretical construction and practice study.The part of theory study focus on exploration and study on the composing elements of space, the law of space evoluation, and dynamic mechanisms, as well as a programme of space reorganization.From mul-theoretical and mul-perspective of polycentric space constructure theory,based-on-ecology, modular industry, functional space system, build the reorganization system of metropolitan fringe,that is economic integration with industry reconstruction,region integration with center reconstruction,space integration with environment reconstruction,system integration with management reconstruction.The part of practice study takes Changzhou city as an case, due that Changzhou city is bouding from region-central city to metropolitan,fuction upgrading and space integration need making Changzhou in to be reorganized.Its useful exploration can be a model to other cities.Analyzing on the space evolution law,dynamic mechanism, existing problem and development strategy of Changzhou,choosing a suitable polycentric space construction conception and space reorgnization model for Changzhou,construct a reintegration system of"remodeling the relationship between main city and outer space, reorganization of functional space, reintegration of urban system",aiming at achieving the test and demonstration to the above-constructed theory of metropolitan fringe.Author hopes that through the test of practical example,the construction of the theory can be continuously amended,and achieve its operability gradually, and seek to incorporate urban planning preparation and operational system with a view to have a positive effect on the development of China's cities, this is also the real significance of this thesis.
