Study On Space Development In Newly Area Of Towns In High-Speed Urbanization District

This thesis summarizes the relevant theories, national and international practice of the new area firstly, then comb the development process in newly area of the towns in High-Speed urbanization district.And take Suzhou for example,elaborate the characteristics and inside regulations of space development, and introspect the problems.Finally put forward the leading strategy for the development of new area in the towns.This thesis is divided into six parts.Chapter 1 introduces backgrounds of the study , the research contents, the purpose ,the methods and the frame.Define and differentiate the concept.Chapter 2 analyze and tally up the relevant theories of new area in towns ,the fulfillment abroad and the development of the new area, then carry on comparison and researches, get some meaningful inspiration.Chapter 3 is to elaborate the development process of the town and its new area.Chapter 4 summarize the characteristics of new area space development, analyzing the internal factors which affect the new area space development.Chapter 5 is to take the towns of Suzhou region for example, to summarize the regulations of new area in High-Speed urbanization district.Chapter 6 is to introspect the problems of the space development in new area and put forward the resolvations.And make a judgment of the town new area development situation, analyze some important factors which may influence the construction of new area in the towns in future, put forward the programming and the guide strategy thought excellent to turn to a method.
