An Initial Study Of Development In Newly Area Of The Cities

This thesis first summarizes the relevant theories, national and international practice of the new area carry , then combines the theories concerning about the expansibility of the city spaces to analyze the motivation for the city spaces to expand and the economy and the geography mechanism for the city space to expand .Immediately after giving an example of Sunan region and elaborating the process ,the characteristic and the mechanism of the development of the construction of the new area of cities in Sunan region in the latest periods , introspect the existent problem in its development, finally put forward the programming thought excellent to turn method and the leading strategy for the development of the new area of city.This thesis is divided into five parts.Chapter 1 introduction, introduce the study the backgrounds , the research contents the purpose ,the method and the frame.The city for chapter 2 is to define and differentiate the concept ,then to analyze and tally up the relevant theories of the new area cities ,the fulfillment abroad and the development of the new area, the national practice ,then carry on comparison and researches, get some meaningful inspiration. Chapter 3 to elaborate the process of the city space to expand, the city space structure and the space appearance expand mode, then analyze the the motivation of the expansion of the city space and the economy and geography mechanism on the following basis. Chapter 4 to make review and summary of the developing process and characteristics for the new area of Sunan region cities ,analyze the formation owning to the development of the new area and the influence to the city space appearance , analyze its achievements as well as problems that exists. Chapter 5 to make a judgment of the city new area development situation, analyze some important factors which may influence the construction of the new area of the cities in the future, put forward the programming and the guide strategy thought excellent to turn to a method.
