| With the development of the domestic housing industrialization, the steel residence can be increasingly important and widely applied, by virtue of its fast-speed construction, the high level of industrialization and of the technical and economic overall indexes, as well as its modern structure appearance and strengthened anti-seismic capacity, etc. As one subproject of Key Scientific and Technological Projects of Ministry of Construction, the thesis focuses on these points:First, the general conception on Development & Research Program Design was formed on the basis of careful studies on a large amount of both domestic and foreign designing software.Second, according to our current specifications, the research takes use of Visual Basic and Visual Fortran, and has programmed load-bearing structure in completely assembling steel structure residence and the system maintenance as well.Third, it has built up database for the software, including standardized columns, beams, nodes and standardized components of maintenance system.Four, the designing process of completely-assembling steel structure residence has been exemplified. Based on the concepts of the general application, standardization and modulization of the designing components, this program for small high-rise house has been designed; and it directly reflects the national policies of housing industrialization. In particular, it is able to improve the computing rate and raise the efficiency, convenient to engineering technicians. In a word, it somewhat lays the foundation for the overall development of completely assembling steel structure residence system. |
