In recent years,under the guidance of the policy that our government vigorously advocates the development of steel structure building,the fully assembled steel structure residential system emerges constantly.The steel structure residential system has the characteristics of the design standardization,the factory production,the construction assembly,the decoration integration,the energy conservation and environmental protection and so on.This paper focuses on the development of the standard components library and the joints library of the high-rise steel structure residential building In this paper,to some extent,it achieves the goal of integration,standardization,industrialization and modularization of components and joints.It lays the foundation for the development of the design software of high-rise steel structure residence system and meets the national policy requirements for the industrialization of steel structure residence.At the same time,this paper provides reference value for the research of high-rise steel structure residential system,and clarifies the direction of further analysis.As a part of the research and development of high-rise steel structure residential system,the main research work and achievements in this paper are as follows:1.In view of the current domestic high-rise steel structure residential load-bearing system(including the lateral force resisting system,building materials,components form,joints connection pattern,etc.),this paper puts forward the conception of the standard components library and joints library,which has contributed to improving the integration level of residence industrialization in our country.2.Taking the 25 layers of the proposed project as the research object,the structural integral model is based on a high-rise steel structure residential building plane.In this paper,with the aid of the MIDAS/GEN finite element analysis software,the structure system of "concrete filled square steel tubular column + vierendeel truss beam + brace" is selected to carry on the systematic theory analysis.Under the static analysis and dynamic analysis,the natural vibration period,story stiffness ratio and story drift angle of the system can meet the requirements of the national standard,proving that the system has good mechanical and seismic performance.3.With the aid of the cost estimate software,the construction cost of the system is calculated.Compared with reinforced concrete structure system which has same building axis dimension,this paper analyses the economic performance of the two schemes,it is concluded that the performance of steel structure residential system is better than that of concrete structure system,highlighting the superiority of the system.4.Through iterative calculation and optimization design,this paper researches standard components which is suitable for different heights within 30 layers under the span of 6900mm,7200mm,7500mm,7800mm and 8100mm,and then the standard components library of high-rise steel structure residence is established.5.According to the forms of cross section in the standard components library,the corresponding standard joints are drew and then the standard joints library of high-rise steel structure residence is established.6.Based on the theory and formula of components and joints in the current national standard,the design software of the standard components library and joints library in this paper is developed using Visual Basic programming software.The main function of the design software is post processing,including checking components,designing joints,calling and generating joints graph from the standard library system.It can be used for structural engineering designers to shorten the design period and improve the design quality.
