Abstract/Summary:
In this time ship, the quantity of the information exchanged between systems is becoming greater and greater; the speed of communication is faster as well. In order to make all the systems into an organic whole, the ship network platform must be constructed.In traditional ship information network, the way of communication used widely is point-to-point serial communication. When the amount of network nodes is big, the shortcoming of the way is emerged: complexity of laying lines, occupying more area, unable to share the information and so on.Firstly, pay attention to the shipping's information system which brought by the development of the shipping's automation,and introduce the using of filedbus on it. And then the CANBus was widely used because is't advantages.Secondly introduces the history of the development of industrial network.The advantage of application of Ethenet in industrial control field is provided with comparison to the traditional industrial network. Recently years the developement of the shipping automation very fast,and the information network become an importance standard of the shipping automation.How to design an appropriate network to satisfy the needing of the shipping system becoming a question facing us.The author link with the project which bring the thought of redundance by CANBus and ethernet using together.These article used the experience of the project design the shipping data,and construct the network of the ship.Using the characters by the CANBus realize the data's redundance and using the ethenet which designed by star configuration send datas which collected by the subsystem.And so these process realized the transmation on real time and credibility,this desing solve the defects on the traditional ship information network very well.The article detailed introduction dual redundant which construct by CANBus and Ethernet, CANBus communication protocol and the algorithm which the data been choosen.Software part designed and introduced using dynamic link library which attached to PC104CAN interface card as well as through the use of Ethernet application layer protocol UDP to achieve upper and lower computer data transmations.
