| In recent years,the shipping industry has undergone many profound changes.The international shipping market is weak,the container ship is large,and the shipping alliance has changed.The competition in the shipping market has become increasingly fierce.Shipping companies have begun to adopt measures such as "holding the group to warm up".merger.Since 2010,many companies such as COSCO Group,China Shipping Group and China Merchants Group have participated in the wave of restructuring and mergers of shipping business.At the same time,the development strategy such as the Maritime Silk Road has provided a solid policy guarantee for the continuous transformation of China's shipping enterprises to specialized clusters,and promoted the concentration of China's shipping industry.Through restructuring and mergers,shipping companies have established large shipping groups to increase market share and competitiveness of enterprises.This is an inevitable trend in the development of the shipping industry towards globalization and intensification.Frequent mergers and reorganizations between shipping companies have had a major impact on the container shipping network and its structure,which has led to a series of corporate restructuring,shipping resource adjustment,route integration and operational efficiency optimization.Whether the integrated network can provide a wider range of services and better service levels,and whether the port can be more closely linked is the problem to be solved in this paper.This paper innovatively applies complex network related theory,introduces Mercator projection transformation,and better describes the service space layout of enterprise shipping network,and takes the pre-reorganization of COSCO Group,CSCL Group and restructured COSCO Shipping Group as the main research objects.The collation and collection of relevant route data,the construction of the corresponding network,the static topological index,dynamic index and network characteristics of the container liner shipping network before reorganization were studied,and the similarity of the container shipping network of the former two was confirmed.And summarized the evaluation of its shortcomings.After that,the container ship shipping network integration evolution model was established,so that after the integration,the efficiency of the shipping network was improved,the interoperability between the regions increased,and the aggregation was slightly improved.Comparing the route network before and after the reorganization with the existing network,the performance of the average path length and clustering coefficient of the network is significantly improved,which provides a method for the route merger between shipping companies. |
