With the development of modern society, the technology of air-condition is developing rapidly. While the people is enjoying comfort in the industry and life from the technology of air-condition, they are also thinking about how to reduce the energy consumed by air-condition. The development of the computer's technology and the automation's technology give the area of air-condition a new progress; offer the technology and theory to take use of energy availability. So the emulator of air-condition is one approach of researching the automation of air-condition. The nicety foundation of mathematic tache in air-condition is the most important part in emulator.This paper analyzes the characteristic of thermodynamic objects, deduces and establishes mathematical models of variable air volume system primary tache on the base of conversation of energy they are: air-condition room, VAV terminal device, pipline network, surface type air coolers, heat-exchanger, Wet-film Humidifier. To establish simulation module storeroom of HVAC, Using technique of Matalb/Simulink subsystem encapsulation, encapsulating primary tache of HVAC, which provides base of computer simulation for HVAC missionary.HVAC system have characteristic of lagging, inertia, slow time-varying and a lot of taches and parameters coupling, so it is economical value to simulate all system for reducing the energy consumed by air-condition. The result of the article provides foundation of control-simulation in computer for artificer.
