With the improvement of environmental requirement, heating, ventilation & air conditioning becomes absolutely necessary portion. In the region, improve efficiency, economize energy, improve automatization are important. Absolutely computer simulation is a effective approach to research automatization of air conditioning,optimize run scheme. It is difficult for the analytical model to precisely describe the complicated objects. To decrease the difference between the dynamic response performance and the control requirement and realize automatization, it is necessary for depending on mathematic models. This paper analyze the characteristic of thermodynamic objects, deduces and establishes mathematical models of variable air volume system primary tache on the base of conversation of energy. To establish simulation module storeroom of HVAC, Using technique of MATLAB/Simulink subsystem encapsulation, encapsulating primary tache of HVAC, which provides base of computer simulation for HVAC missionary. At the same time, this paper simulation facilities to impliment the test of each step.A lot of equation solvings can be abbreviated when you set up simulink model cause it could be equal to solve differential equation. This paper adopts method basing MATLAB/Simulink, it supplys a lot of methods of solving differential equation, ODE45 odd-step which basing Dormand-Prince 4-5 rank Runge-Kutta can be satisfy request of this paper.Terminals of VAV is key equipment, it can accommodate supplying air quantity, compensate variational burthen of room to maintain temperature. This paper investigates terminals and mathematical models of room. Simultaneity, contraposing the pressure independent terminals and room offer controller .Since the performance of any complex control system can be predicted and dynamic responses of the object system can be obtained by computer, the performance of the real system and its controlling strategy can be evaluated.
