| Rocket launching technology, as the representative of the aerospace industry,including the spatial core technology research, complex project management, testingand launching technology in aerospace range, demonstrates the national technologicallevel, economic strength, and the national cohesion. While the testing of vehicle rocketin aerospace launching center, as an important part of space activities, become one ofthe bottlenecks restricting the development and revolution in national aerospace industry.When encountered with fault in the testing procedure, the inspector must face amount ofdesign materials, thus making them fell exhausted and helpless. So there is an imminentdemand for developing a simulation system based on the real testing procedure andprinciples in launching center, this paper is just focused on the issue.The simulation software developed in this project is based on the HLA distributedsimulation framework, using the MAK RTI middleware to simulate the rocket testingprocedure during the launch mission.For the control system, this paper has developed numerous software middlewareto implement the seamless integration between the RTI soft-bus and calculation enginebased on the MATLAB and scene rendering engine based on Open Inventor. Thus itbecomes a better solution to solve the real-time data and credibility problems existing incurrent situation, and applies in real test mission in launching center, achieving goodresults. To sum up, this paper has spare efforts on the following issues.For thecomplexity in the current rocket testing procedure, it establishes a lot of Simulink model,based on clarifying the principle of rocket control system, including the servo and rategyro, and it also develops software middleware complied with MAK RTI interactionspecification, resulting in full numerical and dynamic interactive simulation of rockettesting procedure.It develops numerous3D models, including the servo and etc, thendrives the models dynamically like in real situation with Open Inventor renderingengine, it also develops the interface middleware interact with MAK RTI.It develops thecontrol system federation, including zk,sj,zt,view sub-federation, which are compliedwith HLA specification, thus implementing the distributed simulation of control subsystem in real testing procedure.Based on the MFC and NI virtual machinedevelopment platform, it implements a GUI software for the users, making thesimulation of complex testing procedure and real-time model driving available. |
