Electric heating humidifier is a common equipment in air conditioning system.It has the advantages of high humidification precision and easy humidity adjustment,but it also exists.Therefore,combined with the experiment and numerical simulation of the electric heating humidifier of air conditioning,this paper studies the humidification performance of the electric heating humidifier of air conditioning and puts forward the optimization scheme to improve the humidification performance,in order to provide reference for practical application.In this paper,the humidification process of electric heating humidifier is analyzed theoretically and studied experimentally.Through the experimental data,it is found that it is difficult to humidify when the wind speed of the air duct is high.The evaporation process of liquid water in the electric humidifier and the humidification process of the humidifier are analyzed by numerical simulation.It is concluded that the steam production capacity of electric humidifier increases with the increase of heating power and heating area,and the humidification performance of electric humidifier of air conditioner is related to the average pressure of humidifying section and steam outlet pressure.When the average pressure of humidifying section is greater than the steam outlet pressure,it is difficult for wet steam to enter the humidifying section for humidifying,and as the pressure of humidifying section increases,The relative humidity of the air duct decreases gradually.Electric heating humidifier is a common equipment in air conditioning system.It has the advantages of high humidification precision and easy humidity adjustment,but it also has the problem that it is difficult to humidify when the wind speed of the air duct is high.Therefore,combined with the experiment and numerical simulation of the electric heating humidifier of air conditioning,this paper studies the humidification performance of the electric heating humidifier of air conditioning and puts forward the optimization scheme to improve the humidification performance,which provides reference for the practical application of the electric heating humidifier.In this paper,the humidification process of electric heating humidifier is analyzed theoretically and studied experimentally.Through the experimental data,it is found that it is difficult to humidify when the wind speed of the air duct is high.The evaporation process of liquid water in the electric humidifier and the humidification process of the humidifier are analyzed by numerical simulation.It is concluded that the steam production capacity of electric humidifier increases with the increase of heating power and heating area,and the humidification performance of electric humidifier of air conditioner is related to the average pressure of humidifying section and steam outlet pressure.When the average pressure of humidifying section is greater than the steam outlet pressure,it is difficult for wet steam to enter the humidifying section for humidifying,and as the pressure of humidifying section increases,The relative humidity of the air duct decreases gradually.Aiming at the problem that humidification is difficult when the wind speed of the duct is high,the method of increasing the heating power of the electric humidifier and improving the structure of the humidification section is proposed in this paper.The rationality of the method is verified by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that increasing the heating power of the electric humidifier will increase the steam pressure at the outlet,and the relative humidity of the air duct will increase with the increase of the heating power.The paper gives two methods to improve the structure of the humidifying section:one is to increase the cross section area of the humidifying section;the other is to change the structure of the humidifying section to gradually shrink and gradually expand.The simulation study of the improved humidifying device is carried out through numerical simulation.The simulation results show that after increasing the cross section area,the total pressure,dynamic pressure and static pressure of the humidifying section are reduced,making it easier for wet steam to spray into the humidifying section.The relative humidity of air duct increases gradually with the increase of cross-sectional area of humidification section.The shrinking and expanding structure improves the dynamic pressure of the throat region.When the static pressure is negative,it is manifested as the suction of wet steam,and the wet steam can continuously enter the humidification section.It is concluded that increasing the heating power of electric humidifier and two structural improvement methods are beneficial to improve the humidification performance of the system.
