| Temperature measurement is an important branch of metrology. It plays an important role in almost every field of our national economy. So a good temperature measure system is very important for the temperature measure. The temperature measure system introduced in the article is developed by FPGA, analysis it's inadequate in the using process and in the view of these inadequate, doing the corresponding improvement, in order to ameliorate it to a kind of photoelectricity pyrometer basing on the design theory of pyrophotometer.The entire system is divided into external hardware circuit and the corresponding on-chip control circuit. In the external circuit, cited the circuit which is already quite mature BUCK filament circuit to adjust the power supply,complementary push-pull drive circuit as generating sufficient voltage range of the driving circuit, Altera Corporation's FLEX10K series chip as the on-chip control circuit, and external detection circuit as the component of the hardware circuit and put the hardware circuit in Multisim2001 environment for the functional simulation, prove the correctness of the chosen circuit. In the control system, strictly comply with the FPGA top-down design method, using VHDL language for the external hardware controlling and PWM wave output. Choosing the external hardware and simulation them. Desiging the control system procedures is the core of this article.It is widely considered the outside disturbs and it's restrain method and given the solution corresponding to specific disturbs. The characteristic of this system is: simple and convenient using, using FPGA in the field of temperature measurement control system for the first time, widely used. This article introduced the researching of this system including the ray system, chip system, exterior hardware designing and it's simulational result. |
