The data processing part of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system includes the acquisition and filtering,the sampling rate and the filtering effect of the acquisition card directly determine the performance of the temperature measurement system.Now is collecting and processing part using the acquisition card,most PC combination of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system on the market.Although its structure is simple and easy to be came true,the frequency of the acquisition card is low and the spatial resolution of the system will be reduced.The board with high sampling frequency is expensive and wasteful.For the temperature measurement system,the collection is the data of the whole sensor fiber.Because of the large amount of data,the time needed to transmit to the host computer is longer.The average speed of the host computer accumulating a lot of data is slow,which affects the measurement time of the whole system.In view of the above problems,a set of high speed acquisition and processing system is designed to collect and deal with the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system in this paper.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the basic principle of the temperature measurement system is expounded,and the performance indexes of the temperature measuring system are described with the system structure.Then,taking FPGA as the core,a real-time data acquisition and processing system is designed,which is real-time storage,parallel computing and high-speed acquisition.Its acquisition frequency can reach 100 MHz.The single measurement time is less than 2S.Finally,the temperature measurement system is set up to test.At room temperature of 25 degrees C,the performance of the temperature measurement system was tested at a temperature of 200 meters at the end of 200 meters at the end of the sensor optical fiber at the temperature of 70 degrees C.After different times of filtering,the optimum measurement value of the temperature is 69.7,and the error is 0.3.The experimental results show that the system has high temperature sensitivity,high real-time performance and fast response time,and can be applied to practical engineering.
