Therefore, the analysis of the impact of freeway traffic accidents, finding effective measures to prevent traffic accidents and establishing the traffic accidents forewarning systems are very important and urgent for significantly improving freeway safety of the status .The purpose of this paper is analysis how to establish an efficient forewarning of the traffic management system, setting up the forewarning indicators of the various indicators and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation it hazily or synthetically aiming at the traffic accidents forewarning systems, making the freeway accidents can be prevented effectively and pre-controlled, minimizing the various types of losses caused by traffic accidents and bringing the freeway economic and social benefits into full play through the mechanism of freeway traffic accidents induced by the analysis.
