SCR Reactor Design And Optimization And The Impact On Boiler Operation

The research and development of SCR DeNOx is still at an early stage in China. The current domestic SCR projects almost adopted foreign technologies. So it is great significance to develop China's own intellectual property rights with SCR denitrification technology.In this paper, the numerical simulations have been conducted for SCR of a fired coal boiler. The works consist of the Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG) ,mixing and flow-uniforming devices, catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxide removal process. Through the simulation and analysis, the satisfied result is achieved and the design optimization objective is reached. Above mentioned results is significant to guide the design of SCR system.And combing the program of the boiler thermodynamic analysis, an effect and change of the boiler operation is researched under the SCR system installed.
