With the increase of coal-fired power generating capacity,combustion NOx emissions have continued to grow,which triggered a series of environmental problems,environmental quality in some areas is gradually worsening.Nitrogen oxides isone of the main sources of atmospheric pollution,The emission of nitrogen oxides in China is mainly caused by direct combustion of coal.Most of the nitrogen oxides emitted from coal-fired power plants is nitric oxide,oxidation of nitrogen dioxide.NO2 and other nitrogen oxides accounted for.oxides in addition to harm human health as a source of pollution,but also produce a variety of two pollution.Therefore,the control of nitrogen oxides emissions has become the third key pollution control work after flue gas dust removal and desulfurization.In order to further reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides and meet the requirements of environmental emission control.The low NOx Combustion Technology in the domestic power industry has been unable to meet the environmental emission control requirements.Therefore,the flue gas denitration treatment must be carried out.This paper takes the 200 MW boiler drum boiler flue gas denitrification SCR device as the research object,introduces the denitrification modification scheme and equipment system of the SCR in detail.Operation effect and benefit after reformation of SCR are calculated and analyzed.its structure and design parameters based on the numerical analysis is carried out by using the orthogonal experiment method,obtained so as to guide the practical work of specific factors that affect nitrate removal system.The main factors affecting the operational characteristics of denitrification system were obtained.It can provide guidance for the safe and economic operation of the reformed denitration system.
