Coal as a source of energy has made great contribution to the development of national economy, but at the same time, it also brings a series of environmental pollution problems in the process of its development and utilization, which endangers the ecological balance and human survival. Coal combustion emissions of nitrogen oxide is one of the major culprit of air pollution, NOx reached certain concentration will be on human health constitute threats and hazards.80% of China's coal production is directly used for combustion, in which the power plant coal consumption is greater than the total output of 30%.The electric power industry is one of the major coal-fired power plants in China, so the thermal power plant is one of the main sources of NOx emission. With the increasingly stringent emission standards for nitrogen oxides in thermal power enterprises, most of the thermal power enterprises have completed the process of denitrification. Selective catalytic reduction technology is the most widely used in the power plants, stability operation for SCR has very good environmental and social benefits. As a environmental law-executor, environmental monitoring business level could be enhanced through the study of the subject. The problems in environmental management of power plants could be rightly pointed out in the process for law enforcement, the power plants could be helped for environmental protection work.This subject from the mechanism of formation and control of nitrogen oxides, based on SCR denitrification process principle and influence factors of denitrification, take Huaneng Dalian thermal plant as the research object. The range of parameter for keeping the stability operation of denitrification device is analyzed and summarized by adjusting the flue gas temperature, molar ratio of ammonia to nitrogen and gas flow parameters.
