As the primary tool to train the operators of power plant for manipulative skill and thermal control personnel for techniques, reasonable and effective use of power plant simulator can significantly improve the expertise, skills and resilience to exclude faults of trained personnel. Today the development of the simulator are mostly based on simulation support platform which adopts graphical and modular modeling greatly reducing the development cycle of simulator. But also puts forward higher requirements on the accuracy of mathematical modeling of each module in the simulator and on the research of dynamic characteristics of the simulation object.As one of the most important parts of the simulation system, boiler system has complex system, multiple devices and complicated dynamic operating characteristics. Therefore, the development of the system simulation modeling has huge workload with long analyzing, modeling and debug cycle. Meanwhile, because of the grim situation of environmental pollution and harsh plant pollutant emission standards, the studies on simulation research on dynamic characteristics of boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system are becoming increasingly urgent.This thesis used 135MW turbine boiler system of Hong Yang Power Plant as the research object, established a dynamic simulation model of boiler system based on IMAGE simulation supporting platform. The modeling process of the boiler system used the equipment design and operation information of the power plant boiler system as the basis, after a reasonable assumption and simplification, realizing the overall dynamic simulation modeling based on the graphical modeling and simulation platform by the module configuration. Meanwhile, established a full dynamic condition model by dynamically and intensive running and debugging.At the same time, this thesis used the desulfurization and denitrification system of the boiler system as study object, researched and analyzed the process design and reaction procedure of different flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system. By using the modular modeling method based on control body, the simulation platform has been proposed by adding the proposed universal mathematical model of ammonia fumes desulfurization and denitrification into the module library.
