| This thesis originates from cooperation research project of Wuhan University of Technology and Japanese Kanagawa University: investigation and research of historic city and town in the district near the middle part of Changjiang River, it belongs to the historic town's case research. This thesis bases on the study on the historic Changle Town in Miluo City, which is located in Hunan northeast area, and came into existence about more than 1000 years ago. It studies from both aspects of architecture history and urban design, combining with geography, sociology and other subjects.The paper is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction. The content from the second chapter to the sixth one is the main content of the paper. It discusses the development of the historical evolutionary process of historic Changle Town in Miluo City, the historic town's spatial structure, the features of the public space (street and lane), the type and features of the building on the street. Finally, the paper presents the gives some proposal to the conservation and planning of historic Changle Town in Miluo City. The seventh chapter drawes a conclusion and present the further study on the town.The first chapter is introduction of the study. It present the purpose, meaning, object, content, method, routine of the study as well as the the current situation of historic Changle Town in Miluo City.The 2nd chapter Analyzes the four historical stages experience of "Formation→Emerges→Prosperity→Development" of historic Changle Town from historic town's geographical environment and the historical evolution. It analyzes the main factor of the form and the evolution of historic Changle Town, through the analysis of historic town's formation and the development evolution course.The 3rd chapter has discussed historic Changle Town located in the concave bank with the natural condition influence. It has formed spatial structure of "mountain & river & street & post road". Through analyzing the factor of the historic town space shape evolution, the stage of historic town's spatial pattern successional variation process can be divide into three stages of Tang Dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasties, after Liberation. This chapter has determined the spatial pattern evolution path of "Geometry Network→Free Shape Development→Foreword Conformity".The 4th chapter which begins from discussion of the factors of street space, deeply analyzes the the defense layout characteristic of the street space structure as "five streets& eight lanes&ten gates" by the point of view of urban design. It analyzes the linear street spatial structure as primary and secondary distinct on the street space, node space and the laneway space. During the analysis of the street surface, the street function and facility, it has discussed in the landscape feathers of the street as well as the interaction between the human's behaviors and the street space. It explores the street spatial characteristic, and provides the correlative basement for the conservation and usage plan for historic Changle Town.The 5th chapter classifies the buildings in historic Changle Town with the form of function and space arrangement. The local space arrangement, the decorations on the facade, the conformation of the buildings, construction technology, are studied in this chapter as the important feathers of the buildings so as to open out the meaning of the buildings and provide the correlative basement for the conservation and usage plan for historic Changle Town.The 6th chapter presents the current situation in historic Changle Town, and gives some proposal to the conservation and development strategy for the historic town, with the research conclusion of the historic town forms, development, evolvement, the streets structure, the building, and the reference laws and the practice of history culture block conservation.The 7th chapter draws a conclusion for this paper and suggests the deeper study on historic Changle Town. |
