A Study On Schedule Controlling Of Long-distance Conveyor Installing-Project In Xiang'Jiaba Hydropower Station

As a study on schedule controlling of Long-distance Conveyor Installing-Project, this paper set forth essentiality of planning management by analyzing some problem and that which cause negative effect in Project planning Management at the present. Combined with its characteristic, we try to analyze all kind of elements that influence the project schedule controlling and find the important elements by using ISM model and AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process), and draw up suitable method by using schedule the controlling principle and organize theory.At the same time, we use P3 (Primavera Project Planner) software to draw up schedule by comparing some kinds of projects schedule technology, with critical path method and following the tracks technology, dynamically control schedule.With the above-mentioned method, we achieved 30 days shorter than that before, and got a satisfy result.
