With the development of ports,coal,electric power,mining and other industries,the society’s requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection are getting higher and higher,which puts forward great challenges to the continuous conveying machinery industry.Air cushion belt conveyor is a gas film instead of an idler to support the conveyor belt,this structural feature determines the use of a small amount of bearings,is conducive to the realization of loose material transportation in a fully sealed state,to meet the characteristics of the development of continuous conveying industry.At present,the air cushion belt conveyor is mainly used in the field of grain transportation,and the maximum conveying distance is about 1km,and its low resistance and environmental advantages have gradually attracted the attention of coal and ore transportation,and there are a small number of applications.However,the existing design methods and structural selection cannot meet the transportation requirements of long-distance,large-volume and large-density bulk materials.Therefore,this paper establishes the topic of "research on the key technology of long-distance air cushion belt conveyor",through the research of the key technology of the air cushion belt conveyor applied to long distance,large volume and large density material transportation,the technical improvement of the air chamber,the disc groove and the air supply mode is realized,the pressure distribution of the air film bearing is analyzed,and the bearing capacity of the air film is close to the distribution of the conveyor belt and the material load,and the ideal air film thickness is obtained,the friction coefficient is reduced,and the driving power of the whole machine is reduced.Promote technology to realize the long-distance application of air cushion belt conveyors.The article first introduces the background significance of long-distance air cushion belt conveyor and the research and development status at home and abroad,expounds the current development requirements of air cushion belt conveyor,and determines the research content of the key technologies of longdistance air cushion belt conveyor.Secondly,the development process of the air chamber structure,disc groove structure and air supply system of the air cushion belt conveyor is introduced,and the gas supply mode,the gas chamber structure and the disc groove structure are the key factors affecting the air film,and then the air chamber structure is improved,the V-type air chamber structure is proposed,and the disc groove cloth hole and air supply mode are improved.Then,the material load pressure distribution model is established,and the load distribution of long-distance and large-density materials is calculated,and the pressure distribution curve is obtained.Subsequently,through the relevant knowledge of fluid mechanics and the theory of plate gaps in the air film,the general differential equation of the air cushion field is established,and the gas properties in the gas chamber and the gas film are analyzed.After that,solidworks was used to build a three-dimensional model of the fluid and an ANSYS software was used to simulate the flow field.The results show that the new air chamber structure can increase the air film pressure by 2.5 times,and when the stomata are arranged as loose on both sides of the middle dense,the air film pressure in the middle bearing section is increased by 0.5 times,and the multi-inlet air supply is conducive to increasing the stability and uniformity of the air film.Finally,it is concluded that the technical improvement is conducive to increasing the stiffness of the air film,and the long-distance air cushion belt conveyor is prospected.However,due to some conditions,no actual test has been carried out,in order to promote the air cushion belt conveyor to a large number of long-distance,largevolume,large-density bulk material transportation,the new conveyor belt and special fan and other related issues need further research.
