After the research of the task, a risks evaluation and management system had provided for the construction work of the hydropower station, the research put emphases on the routine work of the risks evaluation and decision for the series analytical method.The main parts of the research followed: the risks classoty and the order of risks management had presented for building project hydropower station. The flow charts of risks identification and risks decision-making had proposed, for building project hydropower station, and main function and relation, treatment methods of evenly flow chart had exposed. The risk evaluation is best pivot procedure of risk management, The paper guides multiplement evaluation Math. L for the series analytical method and mindes basic calculatement theory and method for totality risks and public safe risks of building project hydropower station detailed. The information expressed by the system is clarity and convenient for read, it can meet the requirement of risks evaluation and management for manager of building project hydropower station. The paper consists the following parts:(1) Summarize the purpose and significance of the task bring the brief introduction of developing situation about the risks evaluation and risks management analysis's system from home and abroad.(2) It was presented that the order of risk management can dissolve four steps: the risk identification, the risk evaluation, the risk decision-making, the risk supervision, for the construction work of hydropower station through the sunup and inference.(3) On the risk identification, The flow charts of Classify method and risk identifications system had presented for construction work of hydropower station.(4) On the risk assessment, multiplement evolution Math.L for the series analytical method was guided, and basic calculatement theory and method had mine for totality risk and public safe risks of building project hydropower station detailed.(5) On the risk decision, to combine special features of project hydropower station, It was presented that the risk decision has four steps: the project risk evasion, the project risk control, the project risk shift and the project private risk.
