The paper makes use of the knowledge such as urban geography, residential development economics, investment management, project economics, the theory of database technology, make use of the Regional Investment Environment Evaluation theories and methods, in light of China's urban space stages of development and the characteristics of residential development and investment, a comprehensive analysis of the elements of residential investment environment, draw up the principles of the evaluation domestic investment environment; choose three methods such as multi-factors and key factors evaluation method, parameter analysis and comprehensive evaluation, these methods are improved to the investment environment evaluation. Finally, put the index system and evaluation methods into practice use, and attempts to use computer technology and database technology to establish the domestic investment environment evaluation support system, this will help the result of the evaluation more accuracy and fast.
