The process of urbanization is accelerating in China; urban spatial structure is in a constantly updated with the process of reorganization. Because of this change, show us the various urban functional. Reconstruction of urban space is the re-planning of cities, and is affecting all aspects of the city. Constructional investment of residence is a kind of activity that reflect physical, economic and social connotation, so the evolution of urban spatial structure and remodeling also re-shaping and guiding the development of Constructional investment of residence, and affecting the investment decisions.As for, through Investment Environment Evaluation is the practical application to research of Investment Environment. Usually, we evaluate merits of a regional investment environment and explore ways to improve the investment environment are not concerned about social or urban development stage; the complicated industry is not unrelated. Although the theory, the principle, the pattern and the method of Investment Environment Evaluation in regions are similarly adaptable, the factor system of Investment Environment Evaluation in an industry and the choice of weight indexes will different and change in different period, which affect the accuracy of evaluation results and credibility.In this paper, the theory of Investment Environment Evaluation is extended by the theory and the application of Investment Environment Evaluation in Constructional investment of residence, which support the investment decision in Constructional investment of residence with a new proof. The paper makes use of the knowledge such as urban geography, residential development economics, investment management, project economics, the theory of database technology, make use of the Regional Investment Environment Evaluation theories and methods, in light of China's urban space stages of development and the characteristics of residential development and investment, a comprehensive analysis of the elements of residential investment environment, draw up the principles of the evaluation domestic investment environment; choose three methods such as multi-factors and key factors evaluation method, parameter analysis and comprehensive evaluation, these methods are improved to the investment environment evaluation. Finally, put the index system and evaluation methods into practice use, and attempts to use computer technology and database technology to establish the domestic investment environment evaluation support system, this will help the result of the evaluation more accuracy and fast.
